MyCashlessClass only charges the school office when we have transfer the revenue collected in your digital account to your designated account. The charge covers the bank transfer fees and our administrative costs (referred to as “Standard Applicable Charges”).
However we frequently apply discounts to this rate for schools that are just getting started.

When MyCashlessClass has to transfer $500 from the school’s digital account to the school’s preferred bank account, the school will be charged $50. If $800 is transferred to the preferred account the school is charged $80. For amounts over $800 the school benefits from the MyCashlessClass education discount and all transfers over $800 attract a rate of 5% of the amount to be transferred.
